Roberto Rossi is Associate Professor of Economic History and History of Economic Thought at the University of Salerno (Italy). He obtained his Ph.D. in Economic History from the University of Naples (Italy) and M.Phil. in Economics and International Relations from the Catholic University of Sacred Hearth of Milan (Italy). He was research fellow at the Department of History of the Colegio de Mexico (2017) and Instituto de Investigaciones Históricas of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (2018). His research interests focused on the development of capitalism in the Iberian World, especially processes of industrialization, the organization and qualification of work and workforce. Among his publications: La manifattura cotoniera a Barcellona tra innovazione e persistenza (2016).
